Do you offer monthly credit accounts?
Yes, we offer monthly credit accounts for the convenience of our Letting Agents. At the end of each month you will receive an invoice for all applications ordered within that month. A fully itemised listing is sent with each invoice. To register for an account, please click here.

Will I receive a discount for multiple applications?
Yes, when you register to use our services an account manager will contact you to discuss your requirements and the expected quantity of applications your company may submit. At this point pricing will be agreed with you and set for review on a quarterly basis. For an indication of prices discounted on quantity please see the Letting Agents Referencing Services page.

Can my prospective tenants apply online?
Yes, when using the Full Profile service prospective tenants and guarantors can complete their own applications online. You will start the application process from within your user area and provide us with an email address for each tenant/guarantor. Our system will then email them a link to complete their application online. You can track progress of the application using the online tracker.

Can I track the progress on my applications?
Yes, when your account has been set up you will have access to your own personal user area within our website where you are able to track the status of any current applications, start new applications and see previous results.

What support do I have?
We will allocate you an Account Manager when we open your account and they will be available to advise you on issues such as referencing criteria and processes and resolve any issues you may have. In addition to this our Customer Services team are able to update you on any application and handle general queries. We believe in offering the personal touch and you will always be able to speak directly with the person handling an application.
