How does it work?

Registration
All new customers must first register before any services can be ordered. Registration will only take a couple of minutes and you can register by clicking here

Once you have completed your registration an email will be sent to you instantly advising you of your account number. You will have immediate access to all our services on a pay-as-you-order basis.

If you are a Letting Agent we will allocate you a personal account manager who will contact you shortly to discuss your requirements and open a monthly credit account for you.

If you are a Private Landlord and would like to apply for a monthly account please contact us.

Application Process
To start an online enquiry of any type please login to your user area and select the appropriate option.

Online Credit Check
You will be asked to enter the name, date of birth and two most recent addresses for each applicant. You will also be asked to confirm that you have the subjects authorisation to carry out the check. To ensure compliance please download a consent form and have a copy signed by each applicant/guarantor.

Online Full Tenant Referencing
Simply provide the name and email address of each prospective tenant or guarantor and we will send each person an email with a unique link asking them to complete their application online. You will be able to check the status of the application at any time and view their application details from your user area. At the end of the application process the subject of the application will be asked to download, print and return a signed consent declaration. This is so the applicants’ referees have permission to respond to our enquiries. A fax or email scan is sufficient for the majority of employers.

Online Company Referencing
To request a Company Reference you will need to provide the company name and registration number. As soon as you have entered this information we will start our enquiries. No consent declaration is required for company applications.

Standard Application Form Services
All of our services can be requested by submission of completed application forms. To obtain an application form for any of the above services please click here

Personal User Area
All of our customers can login to their personal user area to view details of all current and closed applications, carry out instant credit checks and view applications submitted by their tenants.

You will be able to login with your account number and the password you set on registration. This area is provided exclusively for use of the registered account holder only.
