Legal Expenses

A comprehensive product that will cover the landlords’ costs of any disputes between themselves and their tenant(s). This is a 12 month policy and costs just £39.90 per annum.

Legal Expenses & Rent Guarantee

As above plus a rent guarantee insurance up to a maximum of £2,500 per month in the event of your tenant defaulting on their rental payments. A six month policy costs just £52.50 and a 12 month policy is also available for only £98.70.

Please note that Tenant Referencing is a requirement for the above policies.
