Tenant Referencing for Landlords

We've teamed up with the guys over at Discount Landlord to offer you affordable tenant referencing and credit checks to enable you to meet the requirements of their Rent & Legal Protection policies.

It is a requirement of these policies that the policy holder presents the following information in the event of a claim:
EITHER, for professional lets ONLY

2 forms of identification from the tenant, one containing a clear photograph.
Confirmation of employment.
A credit check, clear of CCJ’s, at the start of the tenancy.

OR if the above is not available or for students and/or DSS lets etc a full tenant reference from an approved referencing company, including FLS Tenant Referencing.

Credit Check Service
Suitable for Tenants & Guarantors

Check the credit status of your applicants and confirm residency at the addresses they have provided to you. Each Credit Check will also look for other addresses that have not been disclosed by the applicant.

Each Credit Check includes:

County Court Judgment (CCJ) search
Bankruptcy & IVA data search
Linked address checks
Electoral roll presence
Existing credit agreements
Credit Score
Easy to read comprehensive report delivered online or sent by email

Each Credit Check report will provide details of any CCJ’s, bankruptcy data and alias names. Full amounts, court and case numbers and payment status of CCJs are also included.

To order a Credit Check online you will need the name, date of birth and addresses for each person and they must have given you permission to carry out the check.

We believe our Full Profile service does more than any other product available in the industry to minimise the risk of defaulting tenants. Our cost effective service provides an in-depth enquiry into the applicants’ credit history and employment status and we aim to respond within twenty four to forty eight hours.
