Our Insight service has a response time of four working hours. All references are collected verbally by our trained operators and calls are recorded for quality control purposes. All references are taken up on outgoing calls to verified numbers.
This service is not suitable for self-employed, retired or overseas applicants and can not be used in conjunction with our Rent Guarantee Insurance.

Letting Agents Pricing Structure
We will set your pricing tariff based on expected number of orders per month and review this on a quarterly basis. The quantity submitted can be any combination of our different services ordered within a calendar month.
